Required for Warranty Claim:
1. XTOUCH Product in normal usage, not damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fore, earthquake or other external causes;
2. Original SN validation label with clear Serial No. on the back of the device;
3. Original Valid Invoice with Model No., Purchasing Date, Price, Seller's stamp;
4. Original Valid Warranty Card with Warranty Period, Purchase Date, Invoice No., Serial No., Seller's Stamp.

Important: Do not open the hardware product. Opening the hardware product may cause damage that is not covered by this warranty.Only XTOUCH or Authorized Service Centre should perform service on this hardware product.
XTOUCH does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. XTOUCH is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product's use.

Before you bring the device for warranty claim, backup all your data in the device and remove all the accessories, including memory card, SIM card, Leather case, etc. Remove all personal information that you want to protect and disable all security passwords. XTOUCH and its agent are not responsible for any loss of software programs or data or accessories.
